James Gordon：( 立刻接，沉声威胁 ) Tell your friend to drop his gun or I'll blow his brains out.

Barbara Kean：( 恐惧 ) Oh, my God, Jim.

James Gordon：( 立刻接，平静 ) It's okay. It's under control.

Butch Gilzean：( 无奈 ) Drop your gun. ( 04:09 枪落地声后，笑着威胁 ) Okay. Have it your way. But now, after we kill you, we're gonna kill blondie, too. NICE AND SLOW.

Carmine Falcone：You're overreacting, my dear. This Penguin's a nobody. You want to start a war over the guy that carried your umbrella?

Fish Mooney：He was on my hip everywhere with me. He KNOWS THINGS.

Carmine Falcone：Like what?

Fish Mooney：Too much. He knows too! Much!

Carmine Falcone：( 平静 ) Go to Maroni and ask him politely to hand over your little man. Politely. If he refuses, we can talk about stronger measures.

Nikolai：( 立刻接，沉声 ) Boss, this is weak response. I hate to agree with Fish, but we need to show strength now. We need to hit back hard. No talk. Penguin dead, Gordon dead, done.

Carmine Falcone：Relax, Niko. I know what I'm doing. Where is Gordon? I thought you were bringing him with you.

Fish Mooney：( 带上些对戈登的嘲笑 ) No. He wouldn't come without a struggle. Now, I don't know if he's playing tough or crazy, but he's at work like nothing's wrong.

Carmine Falcone：I'll send Victor to fetch him.

Fish Mooney：( 严肃 ) No need. My guys can handle him.

Carmine Falcone：( 强调 ) I'll send Victor. ( 举起手里的公鸡，笑着说 ) That's a nice handsome bird, huh?

Fish Mooney：( 失望，沉声 ) I don't know chickens.

[场景：穆尼转身离去，尼克拉后脚跟了上来，一手伸向了穆尼的臀部]

Nikolai：Not yet, not yet. If not now, when? Look at him. Maroni clan are laughing at us, and he plays with chickens. 

Fish Mooney：( 低声，严肃 ) That's what has me worried. The chickens. He's happy, relaxed, as if he doesn't have a care in the world.

Nikolai：That girl of yours is doing her job then.

Fish Mooney：( 低声，觉得荒谬 ) No. She says he hasn't even touched her. She cooks and she cleans for him. He likes to watch her do chores.

Nikolai：Weird. But if that's his thing...

Fish Mooney：( 严肃 ) No. He's acting as if he knows something important that no one else knows. 

[环境：警局内]

Sarah Essen：( 轻声，急切 ) What the hell are you doing here?

James Gordon：( 平静 ) I work here. It's my shift. Where else should I be?

Sarah Essen：How about Alaska? ( 注意到逮捕令 ) Arrest warrants? For who?

James Gordon：Mayor Aubrey James, Carmine Falcone and their close associates. On charges of conspiracy and perversion of justice in the Wayne murder case.

Sarah Essen：( 质问 ) Are you insane?

James Gordon：No. Maybe a little. Feels good. ( 轻笑 ) They're gonna try and kill me anyway. Might as well make them pay a price for it.

Sarah Essen：( 无语 ) You're gonna arrest the mayor and Don Falcone. How?

James Gordon：My testimony is attached to the warrants. That alone is enough to indict them on a dozen counts.

Sarah Essen：( 试图劝说 ) Sure, if you could execute the warrants, which you can't. If the D.A. Would prosecute, which he won't. There's not a single cop or lawyer in the city who will help you.

James Gordon：( 坚定 ) I think there are plenty of people willing to help me once they see it's possible to fight back.

Sarah Essen：( 立刻接，急切 ) You're dreaming. Nobody will help you. I won't help you. You don't think I want change just like you do? ( 强调 ) I have a family.

James Gordon：( 平静 ) I understand.

Sarah Essen：( 劝说 ) Gordon... get out of town.

James Gordon：( 坚定 ) This is my home. It was my father's home. I'm not leaving.

[场景：萨斯带着两个手下大摇大摆地来到警局，要求他们交出戈登]

Voice-over：A loud noise emanated from the iron gate, abruptly halting the ongoing work of everyone present. A bald young man entered the police station wearing an unrestrained grin. He was accompanied by two stunning women clad in leather attire. Zsasz strolled confidently through the police station, resembling a dog surveying its owner's territory. He observed as two girls gleefully smacked a police officer's head. He then climbed onto a desk and began announcing his intent.

Victor Zsasz：( 语速中，平静 ) Hello, everyone. My name is Victor Zsasz. I'm sent here personally by Don Carmine Falcone himself on a matter of deep concern to him, so please be respectful. I'm here for Jim Gordon. Only him. Everybody else, mind your business and we're cool. So where's Jim at? ( 顺着众人的目光看去，等两秒，真挚 ) Thank you. ( 突然地大声 ) Hey, Jim! ( 高声拖拐弯长音 ) Jim~~~~~ 

[场景：戈登不得不终止了和局长的交谈，走了出去]

Victor Zsasz：( 极力压制疯狂保持平静 ) Hi, Jim. Relax. I'm supposed to take you in alive. Don Falcone wants to talk.

James Gordon：( 沉声 ) Tell Falcone we'll talk. But not today.

Victor Zsasz：( don't咬牙，之后压下怒火保持平静 ) Don't be that way. Alive is a very broad category. A man with no hands can still be alive.

James Gordon：( 沉声，平静 ) There are 50 cops in here. Try something.

Victor Zsasz：( 沉声 ) Everybody out. ( 等3秒，见无动静，大声，癫狂 ) Please?!

[场景：戈登平静地看着同僚们在萨斯的威胁下一个个离去，最后只剩下身边的艾森局长]

[03:39 音效：众警察离去声，远处关门声后]

James Gordon：( 对艾森，平静 ) Go, boss. Get out of here.

Sarah Essen：Jim...

James Gordon：( 打断 ) Go. I can handle this.

[场景：艾森局长看着戈登脸上的坚定，无奈地点头离去]

[04:01 音效：艾森局长离去脚步声后]

Victor Zsasz：( 等脚步声完全结束后，平静 ) Well, how now, Jim? 

Voice-over：Locked in a mutual stare, they simultaneously drew their guns and opened fire. Zsasz executed a graceful backflip, concealing himself behind a desk. The two girls in leather attire joined in, unleashing a barrage of bullets aimed at Gordon. Gunfire erupted in every corner of the police station, and Gordon found himself pinned down by the relentless shooting, making it impossible for him to raise his head. In a desperate attempt, he hunched over, struggling to make his way towards the parking lot. Nevertheless, the three subordinates sent by Falcone were all skilled and landed a shot in Gordon’s abdomen. Faltering between the police cars, he held his breath, desperately awaiting a miracle to come.

Voice-over：As Gordon sprinted, Zsasz's gun barrel swiveled, landing a precise shot on Gordon's right leg. Just as Zsasz reveled in his marksmanship, a roaring car approached. Gordon glanced up to find two unexpected allies, Montoya and Allen. In a fierce gunfight between MCU and Zsasz, they made a swift escape with Gordon, leaving Zsasz with no recourse but to unleash his fury on the unfortunate police officer. 

[场景：萨斯眼睁睁看着戈登被救走，转头举枪看向倒在地上的女警官]

Doctor：I'm a friend of Montoya and Allen. I just took two bullets out of you and sewed you up. Now I'm checking to see how you're doing. ( 打开手电照射戈登的眼球，无音效 ) So... who are you, what city are we in, and what day of the week is it? 

James Gordon：( 深呼吸，沉声 ) I'm James Gordon. We're in Gotham. It's Friday. Why are there rats?

Doctor：( 笑吟吟 ) It's the dissection lab at the university. I gather you're a fugitive from the mob. Can't go to the hospital, said Crispus. Very exciting, I must say.

James Gordon：How long have I been out?

Doctor：Just a couple of hours or so. You're very lucky. No vital organs were... ( 看见戈登挣扎着爬了起来 ) Whoa, whoa, lie back down. Okay? You are hurt. Just a week or so in bed...

James Gordon：( 打断，挣扎 ) No, I have to go.

Doctor：James, you have lost a lot of blood. You have to do as I say and lie back down. If you don't, you could die.

James Gordon：( 略微喘息，郑重 ) I have to stand. Can you help me?

Doctor：( 急促 ) Okay, okay. ( 大声 ) Crispus? He said he's leaving already.

James Gordon：( 严肃 ) I have to go. Now.

Crispus Allen：Sure. Some clothes would be good though.

[环境：马罗尼餐厅内]

[场景：穆尼来到马罗尼的地盘，就科波特的事情进行谈判]

Fish Mooney：( 严肃 ) This is about tradition, values. Snitches get stitches-- that's how it's always been. You need to hand him over, Sal.

Salvatore Maroni：( 轻松 ) I know. I should. But what can I say? The little guy amuses me.

Fish Mooney：Don Falcone is going to be very unhappy. You want to start a war over this punk?

Salvatore Maroni：( 立刻接 ) War? ( 轻笑一秒 ) He's that important to you, is he?

Fish Mooney：( 立刻接 ) No. No. He means nothing to us. Respect is what matters here.

Salvatore Maroni：( 郑重 ) Respect I understand. ( 大声，对门后的科波特 ) Penguin! Come on out here. ( 09:07 科波特打开一条门缝声 ) Don't be scared. She won't bite. ( 对穆尼 ) You won't bite him, will you?

Salvatore Maroni：Penguin, Ms. Mooney and her boss, Mr. Falcone, feel disrespected by you.
