Harvey: Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for coming.I've called this press conference for two reasons.Firstly, to assure the citizens of Gotham that everything that can be done over the Joker killings is being done. Secondly, because the Batman has offered to turn himself in.But first let's consider the situation.Should we give in to this terrorist's demands?Do we really think he's gonna...?

Harvey: The Batman is an outlaw.That's not why we demand he turn himself in, we're doing it because we're scared. We've been happy to let Batman clean up our streets till now.

Rachel:Alfred.Why is he letting Harvey do this?

Alfred: He went down to the press conference.

Rachel:I know. He just stood by.

Alfred: Perhaps both Bruce and Mr. Dent believe that Batman stands for something more important than the whims of a terrorist,Miss Dawes,even if everyone hates him for it.That's the sacrifice he's making.He's not being a hero.He's being something more.

Rachel:Yeah, you're absolutely right.Letting Harvey take the fall for this is not heroic at all.You know him better than anyone.

Alfred: I do.

Harvey: They're transferring me to Central Holding.This is the Joker's chance, and when he attacks, the Batman will take him down.

Rachel: Listen.This is too dangerous.

Voiceover:In route to re-location, Dent's SWAT van transport was ambushed by a garbage truck and semi-trailer driven by the Joker,which painted SLAUGHTER.After his several failingly attempts to kill Dent with multiple firearms, the Joker used an RPG,but his shot was intercepted by the Batmobile,causing it to crash with irreparable damage.So, Batman took on his ‘secondary’ transportation, the Batpod.He caught up with the Joker's truck.

Joker: Now, there's a Batman.

[蝙蝠摩托车迎面朝卡车冲去 同 ]

Joker:Ooh, you wanna play. Come on.Come on.

[ 4:40射出缆绳 ]

[4:42原声:He missed!]

Voiceover:The cable went taut,ripping one post from its foundation-the truck's front wheels was caught, flipping it end over end.(等卡车彻底翻车后接)The Joker climbed out of the flipped truck.He stood in the middle of the road yelling at the fast approaching Batpod.

[ 第一次枪声 后 ]

Joker: Come on, come on.Come on. Come on. I want you to do it,I want you to do it. Come on!Come on.Come on. I want you to do it,I want you to do it. Come on, hit me.Come on, hit me. Come on, hit me!

Batman :(同入)AAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Joker : (同入)Hit me!Hit me!

[5:27蝙蝠车临时踩刹车，翻倒 后]

Joker :{HUM}.Come on, come on.(try to take off Batman's mask)

Gordon :[5:40枪上膛]

Joker: Aaaaaa.Could you please just give me a minute?

Gordon :{PANT}We got you, you son of a bitch.

[ 5:48转场]

[ 5:50开车门 后 ]

Harvey: Gor... You do like to play things pretty close to the chest.

Gordon: We got him, Harvey.

[ 5:58转场]

[原声:Mr. Dent! How does it feel to be the biggest hero in Gotham?]

Harvey: No, I'm no hero.Gotham's finest, they're the heroes.

Harvey: No, but I trusted him to do the right thing.

Harvey: Thank you, detective.I've got a date with a pretty upset girlfriend.

Anna: I figured, counselor.

Setting: In the Holding of Gotham Central.Night.

[警局嘈杂 同 ]

Voiceover: The Joker sat in the holding cage.His makeup had run,his clothes a mess---but his calm lent him an odd dignity.

Gordon : (shout)Stand away! All of you!I don't want anything for his Mob lawyer to use, you understand?

Garcia: Back from the dead.

Gordon: I, uh...couldn't risk my family's safety.

Garcia: What do we got?

Gordon: Nothing. No matches on prints,DNA, dental.Clothing is custom, no labels.Nothing in his pockets but knives and lint.No name.No other alias.

Garcia: Go home, Gordon.The clown'll keep till morning.Go get some rest.You're gonna need it.Tomorrow you take the big job.You don't have any say in the matter.Commissioner Gordon.

[7:14掌声 同 ]

Voiceover: The Mayor smiled and shook hands with a surprised Gordon.They noticed that the Joker was applauding too.
